Glimpse hosted a twilight dinner during Sydney Climate Action Week at the unique location of an urban aquaponics farm nestled within Marrickville’s industrial area.
Between buckets of oyster mushrooms and fish in aquaponics tanks, 70 people came and dined a delicious buffet dinner cooked in the open fire kitchen by owner and chef, Daz.
The evening also featured a panel of inspiring speakers that are creating innovative and sustainable food systems and solutions. Speakers included the urban aquaponics farm owner, Daz, founder of fish farming startup Aquacultr, Mat Goddard, and CEO of indoor vertical farm technology company InvertiGro, Paul Millett.
